GE17: Tory support slips as Corbyn soars - Labour have just slashed the Tories' poll lead to single figures!
The new YouGov poll has been released and it shows that Jeremy Corbyn's Labour Party have managed to cut the Conservative poll lead to just single figures with just under 3 weeks of campaigning left to go until June 8th.

This latest YouGov poll was conducted during the 18th and 19th May which would have overlapped with the release of the Conservative manifesto. Therefore it is unlikely that we have seen the full effects of any looming backlash against Theresa May's deeply unpopular policy announcements.
Also, with live TV debates looming large on the horizon for a noticeably shaky Theresa May, public opinion seems to be headed firmly in one direction - in favour of Jeremy Corbyn's Labour.
If polling continues on its current trajectory, it is becoming entirely plausible that Jeremy Corbyn could indeed be headed for number 10 on June 8th.
